Spaghetti a la carbonara "
(4 servings, 1 serving - 600 calories.) Serve the dish with an Italian red wine.
Ingredients:
375 g spaghetti, salt, 250 grams ham, 1 small tin of sardines, 1 bunch parsley 6 eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, pepper and nutmeg.
Preparation:

1. In a heavily salted boiling water and place the spaghetti, stirring constantly, cook for about 8-10 minutes.
